RA Nature Protection and Soil Inspection Body detected 46 violations as a result of their inspections, visits, accepted reports from 01 to 4 July 2019, while the damage caused to the environment because of environmental violations made up 4,583,600 AMD for 14 cases. Administrative fines in the amount of 580,000 AMD have been imposed for 10 detected cases. 19 cases have been sent to the Law Enforcement Body of Ministry of Justice (administrative fines in the amount of 1,460,000 AMD) and 1,419.000 AMD was credited to the state budget in the mentioned time period.
Violations were particularly recorded in the field of flora preservation where 23 cases of violations have been recorded with damage caused to the environment in the amount of 3,540,100 AMD.
