The new chairman of the standing parliamentary committee on protection of human rights and public issues Aram Safaryan was submitted the demand posed by NGOs to recall the bill “ON Making Amendments and Supplements in RA Law “On Non Governmental Organizations”.
The Civic Development and Partnership Foundation (CDPF) addressed a letter to Aram Safaryan on the behalf of the public. A list of NGOs having their signatures under the demand to recall this bill, 278 NGOs and 74 natural persons, was attached to this letter. Aram Safaryan was also submitted an enquiry in writing about the stage of this bill consideration, as well as written substantiation why NGOs are against this bill.
