On March 3, 2023, a video appeared on the Internet showing Caucasian red deer released into the wild walking in one of the yards of Dilijan Town. According to the press release disseminated by Environment Ministry, the employees of "Caucasian Red Deer Breeding Center" of "Dilijan" National Park quickly responded to the alarm signal and removed the animals from the area, moving them to a safer place.
