On January 20, 2023, the election of the main and alternative members of the civil society faction (CSF) of Multi-stakeholder group (MSG) of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) took place.
As a result of electronic voting, the main members of the faction were elected Victoria Burnazyan, Vice-president of “EcoLur” Informational NGO, Anahit Simonyan, President of "Human Rights Research Center" NGO, Nazeli Vardanyan, Director of "Armenia Forests" NGO, with the application of the regional member candidate -"Center for Community Cohesion and Support" NGO President Oleg Dulgarian. Sona Ayvazyan, Executive Director of "Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center" NGO, and Lilia Shushanyan, the organization's expert, became alternative members of the faction.
In the next week, the names of the elected representatives of EITI MSG CSF will be submitted to EITI-Armenia Secretariat.
