On December 21, 2022, the public hearings initiated by "ASSAT" LLC on conducting a geological prospecting for the purpose of extracting minerals in the eastern and southern wings of Central site of Qaraberd gold mine, Lori Region, launched at residence of Head of Pambak Community.
Public hearings are attended by environmentalists, activists, and residents from settlements adjacent to Qaraberd gold mine.
