The Government made amendments to one of the previously adopted decisions based on the need to systematically regulate the situation in the construction sites, work safety, sanitary and hygiene, technical safety, atmospheric air and environmental pollution issues. According to the substantiation, the current regulations do not oblige the developer to provide mandatory provisions in construction project purchase contracts regarding the regulations on existing situation in the construction sites, work safety, sanitary-hygienic, technical safety, atmospheric air and environmental pollution standards. With the decision, it is proposed to make the above mentioned as a mandatory condition included in the project contracts, along with providing provisions for liability in the project contracts for their violation.
