RA Prosecutor's Office is considering the verdict by Public Environmental Court declaring the destruction of Dalma Gardens and violations of land users' rights.
Acting Head of Legal Department of Yerevan Municipality Andranik Muradyan in his reply reply letter N07/29885 dated on March 25 says: " In connection with your application to Prime Minister numbered DS-2020-01, I would like to inform you that the questions raised in the application have been taken into consideration. At the same time I would like to inform you that the materials you have submitted are being discussed at RA Prosecutor General's Office.”
