The of RA Human Rights Defender is proposed to ensure the implementation of inspections necessary at 'Teghout' CJSC. The annual report of the HRD for 2017 says, 'The issue of implementing environmental inspections at "Teghout" CJSC and underlying problems have always been found in the annual reports and communications of RA Human Rights Defender. Ore mining and dressing are accompanied with different toxic chemicals and heavy metals with the pollution of working and natural environment, which adversely impact the environment. Though RA Nature Protection Ministry has submitted data for many years that "Teghout" CJSC have been included in the list of the organizations subject to inspections by State Environmental Inspection of RA Nature Protection Ministry in 2013, 2014 and 2015, as well as in 2017, nevertheless, no inspections were carried out in 2016 and 2017. Based on the aforementioned and taking into consideration the problems of Teghout tailing dump regularly covered by the environmentalists, it's proposed to ensure the implementation of required inspections in "Teghout" CJSC.'
