The Armenian Government should promote and activate its participation in international environmental processes, as climate change and reduction of greenhouse gas emission. How is the main message of these processes important for Armenia, “We are the first generation, who eye witness climate change and the last generation, who will see irreversible climate change, if greenhouse gas emissions are not reduced significantly by 2030. Whether Armenia is able to find solutions to energetic security, food safety, water safety and health problems in the frames of these processes? What are the consequences of global warming for Armenia and what are the forecasts of the meteorologists?” EcoLur Press Club will host Diana Harutyunyan, UNDP Climate Change Programme Coordinator and MES Meteorological Center Head Zaruhi Petrosyan at EcoLur Press Club to speak on these issued at the press conference at 12:00 on 13 March.
