Under the state of emergency in Armenia, the operation of the mining industry and the operation of open mines are fully permitted. In this area, the preparation of the site for mining, prospecting drilling is largely prohibited. The following activities are also fully permitted:
• Supply of electricity, gas, steam and cool air
• Water supply, sewerage, waste management and recycling
• Healthcare, provision of social services to population
• Activities of foreign organizations
• Financial and insurance activities
