Armenian Government Recognized Eminent Domain over Land Areas in 43 Communities in Four Regions

On 28 August the Armenian Government recognized eminent domain over the land areas in dozens of communities in four regions of Armenia. The purpose of this eminent domain is the implementation of “Construction of Iran-Armenia air electrical communication line of 400 kW” project.

Thus, 28854.65 sq. meter land area will be alienated from 43 communities of Kotayq, Gegharkounik, Vayots Dzor and Syunik Regions. In Kotayq Region 1443.65 sq. meter land area will be alienated from Hrazdan Town. In Gegharkounik Region 12731 sq. meter land area will be alienated from Zovaber, Ddmashen, Tsaghkunq, Geghamavan, Ltchashen, Chkalovka, Berdkunq, Gavar, Gandzak, Sarukhan, Lanjaghbyur, Gegharkounik, Yeranos, Vardadzor, Dzoragyugh, Tsakqar, Tazagyugh, Litchq, N. Getashen, Madina, Geghhovit communities. In Vayots Dzor Region 2090 sq. meter will be alienated from Aghnjadzor, Vernashen, Malishka, Arin, Gndevaz and Saravan communities. In Syunik Region 12590 sq. metet will be alienated from Gorayk, Tghuk, Sarnakunq, Spandaryan, Angeghakot, Shaqi, Sisian, Uits, Aghitou, Noravan, Vaghatin, Harzhis, Halidzor, Tatev and Lehvaz.
