Diaspora businessmen of Armenian origin intend to examine the sectors of hydropower, solar and geothermal energy for the purpose of implementing investment projects. They informed about their initiative in the course of their meeting with First Deputy Minister for Energy and Natural Resources Garegin Baghramyan on 5 April. The representatives of “Hydrodom” and “Industrial Motorpower Corporation” Anatoly Matevosyan, Shant Gharibyan, Levon Gharibyan, Serzh Gharibyan and Harry Najaryan were among the delegation, as the Ministry for Energy and Natural Resources informs.
Garegin Baghramyan presented the energetic sector in Armenia and the project they are implementing. The Diaspora businessmen of Armenian origin presented the examinations they had carried out previously and the investment projects developed based on them. The businessmen also informed the acting minister that they are cooperating with one of the leading organizations in the USA, which is willing to join the implementation of investment projects and they expressed their willingness to launch the practical works as soon as possible.
