Criminal Group Established in ANPP Caused Damage to State in Amount of 783 Million AMD

The criminal group established at the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant (ANPP) caused damage of 783,586,000 AMD. As National Safety Service Press Center informs, the initial investigation showed that Director General of “Armenian Nuclear Power Plant” CJSC G. Markosyan, Commercial Director R. Movsisyan, Deputy Director on Finance and Economics M. Movsisyan and Maintenance Department Head, Procurement Specialist E. Ghazaryan have committed embezzlement of extremely large amounts of money causing essential damage to state.

The crime has been revealed due to operative and investigative measures taken by the National Safety Service of the Republic of Armenia, while the damage caused to state in the amount of 783,586,000 AMD has been entirely compensated. The criminal case is in court.
