The projected term for the operation of power unit of Armenian nuclear power plant will be extended up to September 2016.
On the meeting of 27 March the Armenian Government approved the proposal submitted by Energy and Natural Resources Minister Armen Movsisyan on extending the operation term of the ANPP. As the official website of the Armenian Government informs, it will simultaneously activate the construction of the new nuclear power unit in Armenia.
