EcoLur has sent an enquiry to RA Environmental and Mining Inspection Body on the inspections carried out at Zangezour Copper and Molybdenum Combine CJSC. The enquiry says: “In March 2019, RA Environmental and Mining Inspection Body published the findings of the inspections carried out at Zangezour Copper and Molybdenum Combine CJSC.
Based in Article 6(1) of RA Law “On Freedom of Information”, we would like to ask you to provide the following information about the inspection carried out at Zangezour Copper and Molybdenum Combine CJSC:
- The copy of the inspection act (or the entire content of the act except for the officially disseminated press release)
- The protocol of detected violations
- Complete assignments given as a result of the inspections
- Motions or proposals submitted to other departments
- Information submitted to State Revenue Committee
- Estimates on damage caused to the environment with all its components
- All the results of the lab analyses of water and silt.”
