RA Nature Protection and Soil Inspection Body detected 21 violations as a result of their inspections, visits, accepted reports from 30 September to 4 October 2019, while the damage caused to the environment because of environmental violations made up 2,298,220 AMD for 17 cases. Administrative fines in the amount of 470,000 AMD have been imposed for 6 detected cases. 779,700 AMD was credited to the state budget in the mentioned time period.
Violations were particularly recorded in the field of flora preservation where 17 cases of violations have been recorded with damage caused to the environment in the amount of 2,287,680 AMD. Administrative fines in the amount of 320,000 AMD have been imposed for 4 detected cases.
