High pollution with aluminum has been observed in the section of Hrazdan River down Qaghsi Village. Under the annual report by “Environmental Impact Monitoring Center” SNCO for 2012, the average annual concentration of aluminum has exceeded the maximum permissible concentration by 73.8 times and the concentration of aluminum in this section of the river made up 2952 mcg/l. According to EcoLur’s Ecological Risk Model, such pollution extent is critical for the river.
