Paraqar Villager Nikolay Harutyunyan, Armavir Region and Aygek Villager Arzuman Harutyunyan, Armavir Region, complained against “Veolia Jur” CJSC. The committee has reached its decision based on the complaint lodged by Aygek Villager Arzuman Harutyunyan, Armavir Region. He has been demanded to submit 14 documents for joining water supply and discharge systems, but then the company forgot about his application and the company has been fined for this case. “Veolia Jur” CJSC has been running such a policy towards its customers in Sarchapet Village, Lori Region.

In 2013-2014 the water pipelines were laid within the Asian Development Bank project, nevertheless, three streets had been left out of the project.  With their own money the residents constructed a water pipeline and applied to “Veolia Jur” Company to become subscribers. Instead of making them subscribers the company sent them notifications on imposing fines for illegal water use. In his interview with EcoLur Sarchapet Community Head Boris Baroyan the company had promised to regulate the problem soon. He outlined none of them paid the fines and use the water of the water pipelines.
