Today the discussion of the draft laws “On Making Amendments and Supplements to RA Laws “On Environmental and Nature Management Fees” and “On Environmental Fee Rates”” was held at Nature Protection Ministry with the participation of Finance, Economy, Energy and Natural Resources Ministries, as well as the representatives of large soil management companies.
Nature Protection Minister Aramayis Grigoryan presented the principles of setting environmental fees for the storage of wastes generated as a result of soil management, which arise from the provisions of RA Law “On Making Amendments and Supplements to Law on Wastes” adopted by the National Assembly on 22.06.2015.
As a result of the discussion, a decision was made to amend and supplement project based on the constructive proposals of the stakeholders adhering to the basic principles of nature protection.
