To carry out inspections in Teghut mine: the claim against Nature Protection Ministry is at Administrative Court issued by two NGOs and one Shnogh villager.
The Ministry wanted to carry out inspection from 30 June to 4 August in the mine, but the government suspended it. The representative of the governmental body made a reference to the governmental decision dated on 30 July, which suspended the inspections.
The claimant's barrister Hayk Alumyan said, 'We demanded to carry out inspections and our demand will be met thoroughly, if these inspections are carried out.'
'It's a high-level fraud, according to my evaluation. I think it's at least a governmental resolution. It's been mentioned many times that Serzh Sargsyan has direct relation here, so the Teghut inspections were suspended at the level of governmental resolutions,' Environmentalist Arthur Grigoryan outlined.
