'The humanity has only 5 years to attempt to keep warming at well under two degrees Celsius. There must be at least a further 25 percent cut in emissions by 2020,' UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres stated at the UN News Center.

“We need to mobilize the agreed $100 billion annually for developing countries,” Antonio Guterres reminded.

The World Meteorological Organization said in an alarming report last month that the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere had hit its highest level in 800,000 years.
It should be mentioned these days the 23rd session of the UN Climate Conference (COP23) is being hold in Bonn, Germany, where Armenia also takes part with its first biannual report on progress prepared under the Paris Climate Agreement.
