Lake Sevan Level Starts Increasing

The level of Lake Sevan is increasing: according to the data provided by “Armenian State Hydrometerologolical and Monitoring Service" SNCO, the level of Lake Sevan has increased by 1 cm as of 10 February making up 1900.46 meters. It should be mentioned that during 2016 Lake Sevan reached its highest peak on 30 June and 1900.77 meters on 1 July. From 9 January 2017 up to now the lake level is at 1900.45 meters. As compared with 2017, in 2016 the lake level started increasing one month earlier - after the first ten days in January.
