EcoLur

On 21 November, EcoLur hosted a number of journalists having arrived from Germany in its press club, who are in Armenia in the frames of “Armenian-German Journalists Exchange Forum” Program jointly implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft E.V. and EaP CSF Armenian National Platform.

Editor-in-Chief of EcoLur website Victoria Burnazyan presented to the journalists the activities of 'EcoLur' Informational NGO, the environmental problems in Armenia and the steps of the civil society aimed at their regulation. Particularly, the journalists received information about the situation around Amulsar and Teghout mining programs, how SHPPs affect river ecosystems, how environmentalists fight for the increase in Lake Sevan level, which 'green' rights are most violated in Armenia etc.

The German journalists left the club with the expectations of cooperation.
