By the decision of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Valeriy Osipyan has been appointed Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister.
It should be reminded that until now Valeriy Osipyan was the Chief of RA Police. He was appointed to that post after the Velvet Revolution.
