In this regard, we have run negotiations with numerous investors over recent years. We reached a decision that the best way to get cheapest and most competitive tariff is a tender. We will present the investment package, which we are offering, so as investors can come and take part in the tender,' Deputy Minister Hayk Harutyunyan said.
