The Ministry for Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources proposed the Public Service Regulatory Committee to set tariff for solar photovoltaic stations with capacity from 150 kW to 1 MW making it equal to the tariff of the windmills.
According to RA Law “On Energy”, the electricity produced by solar plants and windmills is subject to purchase for 20 years. According to the regulation 598 N dated on 30 November 2007 of Public Service Regulatory Committee, the tariff of the electricity delivered from windmills is 31,343 AMD/kWph without VAT.
