The environmental impact expert assessment system has been changed: currently, expert assessment statements continue being issued in line with the methods developed by experts hired within international projects, as the certificate issued by Ministry of Environment on the reforms implemented by the Ministry in the course of the last year.
It should be mentioned that environmental impact expert assessment is carried out based on RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and this method shall stem from the requirements of this law.
