The mining boom in Armenia promoted the establishment of new companies: one of them is 'Miram' mining company. According to Legal Entity State Register of RA Ministry of Justice, 'Miram' LLC was recorded on 10 May 2017, i.e. only two months ago established by Henrik Gevorgyan – a citizen of Russian Federation, citizens of Armenia Anahit Danielyan and Arayik Zadoyan. Over this period of time, the company managed to submit a project to RA Nature Protection Ministry to carry out geological prospecting in Shekaghbyur gold-polymetallic mine. Both public hearings were appointed on 26 July in Ardvi Village Municipality, nevertheless, the public hearings didn't take place, as Ardvi residents blocked the road and didn't allow the company representatives to enter the community. The electronic register showed that two of the company founders, Arayik ZADOYAN AND Anahit Danielyan, ceased their share participation in the company. According to the information from the mass media, Arayik Zadoyan and Anahit Danielyan have relations with Vahram Baghdasaryan, Head of Republican Faction at National Assembly. The press mentions that Arayik Zadoyan is the director of 'Vaba' LLC owned by Vahram Baghdasaryan, while Anahit Danielyan is the Vahram Baghdasaryan's brother's sister-in-law. Vahram Baghdasaryan denies having any relations with 'Miram' LLC.
As of 1 July 2017, 'Miram' LLC is not included in the information list 'On Soil Management Rights Issued for Mining of Natural Resources' provided by RA Ministry for Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources.
