'There are no valuable trees in this area, just small trees,' Lalvar forestry enterprise director Harutyun Amirjanyan assured in his interview with EcoLur. 'There are mainly oak trees and hornbeam trees. There are no red-listed species. The area is not far from the highway, there aren’t any animals in the area,' Forestry Enterprise Chief Forester Artem Antanesyan said. The replacement of Lalvar-Noyemberyan overhead transmission line (OTL) (11kW) is carried out in frames of World Bank funded ‘Electricity Supply Reliability’ program.
The tender for the replacement of Lalvar-Noyemberyan overhead transmission line (OTL) (11kW) has been won by the chief contractor - Iranian ‘Gam Arak Industrial’ Company worth 4,394,456.24 USD.
