Eight Trees Illegally Cut Down in Dilijan National Park

Within the last week the employees of Dilijan National Park provided 27 cum fuel wood to Dilijan town population arisen from the trees fallen with winds and storms.

During 24/7 inspection carried out by the employees of the national park one case of forest violation was detected – 8 trees had illegally been cut down. Forest violation protocols were drawn up and sent to Tavush Territorial Division of State Environmental Inspection of RA Nature Protection Ministry and Dilijan Police Division, as the Information and Public Relations Department of RA Nature Protection Ministry informs.
