The Investigation Department of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan will investigate the circumstances mentioned in the letter of request from NGOs to stop construction in Dalma Gardens. On 19 December 2019, the civil society representatives addressed a letter to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, RA Prosecutor General Arthur Davtyan and Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan demanding an immediate halt to the site development carried out by Park Group LLC in Dalma Gardens.
Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District Prosecutor Arsenyan sent a letter of application to Head of Investigation Division of Malatia Sebastia Administrative District of Yerevan Investigative Committee Hovhannisyan. The Prosecutor instructed to attach the application to criminal case No. 16954419 investigated by Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia Administrative District by Part 1 of Article 264 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia and to investigate the circumstances mentioned in the application.
