On November 9, a tree planting was organized in Tavush Region of Armenia. More than 2000 trees were planted in 23 communities of the region. According to the news service of Tavush Regional Municipality, the Regional Municipality provided the communities with 1500 trees during the pan-regional tree planting, whereas 800 trees were provided by several communities.
A few days later, a fruit orchard was set up near Sevqar Community school in the area of 6500 sq. km. The planting of about 550 trees of pineapple, apple, fig, walnut tree was organized under the auspices of Armswissbank and with the support of Tavush Regional Municipality.
